Clue Stack was founded in 2025 and is built by a small crew who think the best operational software is the kind you stop noticing.

I started Clue Stack in 2025 for a fairly boring reason. I kept watching talented people design extraordinary rooms using tools that were working against them. A puzzle list in one document. A wiring diagram photographed on a phone. A hint sheet laminated eighteen months ago and quietly out of date. Creativity was never in short supply. The scaffolding around it was held together with memory and goodwill.
So I built the missing piece. Not a booking system, not a marketing suite, not another dashboard nobody opens twice. Just the place where the sequence lives. You draw the logic, the software tells you when the logic is broken before a paying team finds out, and your game masters get the same answers every night of the week.
I am not trying to build an empire here. I am after the moment an operator opens their room graph, sees the dead branch highlighted in blue and says they would never have caught that.
When you email Clue Stack, one of these people answers. Usually the one who wrote the thing you are asking about.
Product direction, operator conversations and most of the support inbox. If you email us, you are probably emailing Ishan.
They look after the sequence engine, the logic checks and the simulator. They care more about correctness than shipping fast, which is the right way round for this.
Runs beta onboarding, models your first room with you, and turns operator complaints into next month's release notes.
Every feature is judged on whether it survives a Saturday night with a full book and a short staffed shift.
Software should catch the expensive mistake while it is still a diagram. That is the entire thesis.
Full export any time, including after you leave. We never resell your room data or train anything on it.
Solutions are permissioned separately. A room's answers should be seen by fewer people than its walls.
No gamified dashboards, no streaks, no confetti. It is a tool and it should feel like a good one.
Whether you run one room or twenty, Ishan reads every email that comes in and answers most of them the same day.
