Ten questions we get before the demo

If yours is not here, email Ishan directly at ishan@clue-stack.com. Real answers, usually the same day.

No. If you can sketch a room's flow on paper you can build it on the canvas. Puzzles are dragged, links are drawn, and problems get explained in plain language rather than error codes.

Not directly, and that is deliberate for now. Clue Stack is the design, testing and management layer. It models what your control system does, holds the wiring notes and drives the game master console. Direct hardware integrations are on the roadmap for larger groups, so ask us if that is your situation.

It gives you a spread, not a prophecy. Simulated teams are modelled on solve behaviour across our beta rooms and the value is comparative. It reliably shows which puzzle is the bottleneck and where a run goes flat. Real playtests still decide the final tuning.

That is what the console is for. Timer, live puzzle states, one tap hints from your ladders, manual overrides and an incident log, all on the tablet you already have in the control room.

Solutions are permissioned separately from the sequence. A contractor can see that puzzle seven needs a maglock and how it is wired without ever seeing what opens it.

Yes. Import a puzzle list from a spreadsheet and wire the links, or send it over during onboarding and we will model your first room with you. Most rooms take under an hour.

Plenty of our beta users run adjacent formats. Immersive theatre, scavenger trails, museum puzzle exhibits and corporate team building builds. If it is a branching sequence with gates, the model fits.

You can export every room as JSON and PDF at any time. We have committed to publishing a full export tool and a 90 day wind down window if we ever stop operating. Your designs outlive our company.

No. Your sequences, solutions and playtest notes are not used to train models and are never shared with other customers. The details are in the data policy.

We onboard a small group at a time so every workspace gets set up properly rather than dumped in a signup queue. Request access and you will hear back with a slot, usually within a week.

Still deciding

The Sketch tier is free forever and takes about ten minutes to model your first room. No card and no call.
